Overview
TradeReply’s marketplace allows third-party sellers to list digital products such as courses, trading tools, and community memberships. TradeReply acts only as a facilitator and does not own or guarantee the products sold by these third parties. Because of this, disputes are primarily handled between the buyer, the seller, and the payment processor.
Dispute Resolution Process
If you purchase a digital product through the TradeReply marketplace and have an issue, you should first contact the seller directly through the TradeReply dispute system. You can open a dispute within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Once a dispute is opened, both the buyer and the seller must respond within 3 calendar days of receiving a message or update from the other party. If either party does not respond in that window, the dispute may be escalated for administrative review or closed by TradeReply.
TradeReply’s role is limited to facilitating communication. We do not process marketplace refunds directly or guarantee a specific outcome in a dispute.
Chargebacks and External Disputes
If you choose to dispute a charge with your payment provider (like your bank or card company), that will follow the policies of the payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal. TradeReply cannot override those external processes or guarantee their results.
Refunds
Refunds for marketplace purchases are handled at the discretion of the individual seller. TradeReply does not issue or process refunds for marketplace products directly. Please review the seller’s refund policy before you complete your purchase.
Reporting a Marketplace Problem
If you experience issues that go beyond a standard buyer-seller dispute — for example, you want to report a listing, request product removal, or flag suspicious or fraudulent activity — you can submit a support ticket directly to our team:

Our Role
TradeReply’s marketplace platform connects buyers and sellers but does not act as a seller or broker of record. We do not control product quality, delivery, or licensing, and we are not liable for losses, disputes, or damages resulting from marketplace transactions.
