TradeReply is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is the sole owner of the https://www.tradereply.com website (“Website”), TradeReply desktop and mobile applications, TradeReply services (each, a “Service”) and all of the information collected on it. We collect information from each user (“you”) in several ways, which will be explained in more detail in this privacy policy.
By using our website and Services or submitting your personal data, you agree to accept the terms of this privacy policy. If you disagree with this privacy policy, you should immediately stop using our Services and delete your account.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
This privacy policy is current and was last modified on June 28, 2025.
Information We Collect
Personal Information: You are not required to create an account to use some of our services, such as our free Trading Calculator. When you create an account, we require personal information such as your name and email address. We may also request your social login credentials if you choose to connect them, such as Facebook, Google, and Apple. Paid subscriptions will additionally require payment details, including your name and postal address. While optional, you may provide your phone number, which we will verify. This information is necessary to provide you with our services and to ensure a personalized experience.
If you register for one of our paid subscriptions (Essential, Plus, Premium), our third-party payment processor will handle your payment card, bank account, or other billing information as needed to process your order. We do not store payment card details ourselves.
Partners Data: We will also process personal data you choose to provide at registration to our affiliate Partner Program. For more details, visit our Partner Program Rules.
Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with our platform, including the features you use, your trading activities, and preferences. This helps us improve our services and tailor them to your needs.
Device Information: We gather details about the devices you use, including IP address (which may identify your country), device type, operating system, and application versions. This data supports spam prevention, fraud detection, and platform security. In some regions, IP addresses are regarded as personal data, and we handle them accordingly.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies, including web beacons, to track your activity on our website. This helps us analyze statistical information, improve your experience, ensure security, provide anti-spam measures, and support advertising. For more on cookies, view our Cookies Policy.
Signals and Advanced Tracking: In addition to cookies, we may collect technical signals through device fingerprinting, server logs, Trap & Trace, and similar technologies. These signals help us detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, secure user accounts, and comply with financial and anti-money laundering laws. They may include tracking browser configurations, device specifications, behavioral patterns, and other identifiers beyond standard cookies. We rely on legitimate interests and legal obligations as the lawful bases for this processing.

Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion 30 days after the request. During this period, you may cancel the deletion process at any time.
Be aware that upon requesting account deletion, we will remove the personal data you have provided to us. However, certain data, such as your contributions to our marketplace or platform and messages sent to other users, will be retained as they are integral to our system. This retention is necessary to preserve the platform's integrity.
For legitimate business purposes and to comply with legal obligations, including tax laws, audits, and security requirements, we are required to retain specific data for an extended period. This includes, but is not limited to, transaction logs, financial records, addresses, and employment details. The retention duration for each type of data will adhere to relevant legal requirements, which can be up to 10 years.
Please note that search engines (such as Google) and other third parties may retain copies of your publicly available information even after your account has been deleted.
Third-Party Account Connections and Data Deletion: If you create or connect your TradeReply account through a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Google, or Apple), removing TradeReply from that platform will revoke login access via that method only. Your account and associated data will remain active on TradeReply unless you request deletion.

Sharing Your Information
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal data with third-party service providers to deliver our services, provide IT hosting, process payments, or deliver advertisements. These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only to perform contracted services.
Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA on our Website to protect against spam and abuse by distinguishing between human users and automated access. reCAPTCHA collects data such as IP address, browser type, interaction date and time, cookies, and user interaction data like mouse movements and clicks. This information, processed by Google in line with their Privacy Policy, is used solely for security purposes. By using our Website, you consent to the data processing by Google reCAPTCHA as outlined in their policies. You can learn more about Google reCAPTCHA here.
Payment Information: Paid Users are required to submit payment details (such as name, postal address, and payment card or account information). We use Stripe as our secure primary payment processor to handle these transactions. Stripe may also process your payment method through Apple Pay or Google Pay if you choose those options during checkout. In the future, we may also support Meta Pay (Facebook Pay) as an alternative, in which case Meta may receive your payment credentials for processing. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. For more information on how these processors handle your data, please visit:
During the payment process, if there are any issues processing your payment method, we will use your provided contact details to communicate with you about your account or subscription.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, law enforcement requests, court orders, and subpoenas. Additionally, information may be shared to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or others, and during business transactions such as mergers or acquisitions or sale of all or a portion of our assets where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. All disclosures are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring transparency and privacy to the fullest extent possible.
Advertising: Our Website features advertisements, and we employ remarketing and tracking tools to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of these ads. Through remarketing, we can present targeted ads based on your activities on other websites, making sure the ads you see are more relevant to your interests. Tracking tools allow us to gather information about ad impressions, clicks, and user actions on our Website, helping us evaluate the success of our ad campaigns. We only collect pseudonymous data for these purposes. We use the following services for our advertising, remarketing, and tracking efforts, including Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Google Ad Manager, to serve personalized ads. These tools collect pseudonymous data such as ad impressions and click metrics. You can manage your consent preferences, including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” through our Cookie Settings link in the footer of our site, which allows you to configure preferences based on your location, although essential cookies cannot be turned off.
- Meta Pixel: This tool helps us measure, optimize, and build audiences for our advertising campaigns. For more information on Meta’s data practices, please see Meta’s Data Policy.
- Google Ad Manager and Google Ads: These services assist us in serving ads and measuring their performance on our site. For details on how Google uses your data, please review Google’s Privacy Policy and their Privacy & Terms.
These practices ensure our advertising remains pertinent and effective while maintaining user privacy and data security, meaning we will only share basic metrics such as impression and click metrics – not personal data.
Internal Marketplace: When you use our internal marketplace to purchase digital and physical products, we collect information such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information to process transactions and provide customer support. Transaction data, including product descriptions, prices, and dates, is recorded to manage orders and support returns or disputes. Sellers must provide contact details, payment information, and product listings to facilitate transactions. Relevant transaction information may be shared with payment processors and shipping carriers, and limited data may be shared with sellers for order fulfillment. All payment transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption, and payment card information is not stored on our servers. Users can manage their personal information and transaction history through account settings and contact support for account deletion or data inquiries. We retain transaction records to comply with legal obligations, including tax laws and financial regulations, typically for up to 10 years. For more details or concerns about our data handling practices, please contact our support team.

Despite our rigorous efforts, it is important to acknowledge that no internet-based service can be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to take precautions to protect your personal information, such as using strong passwords and avoiding sharing your login credentials.
Your data plays a crucial role in maintaining the security of our platform. It enables us to monitor for suspicious activities, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service. By analyzing user data, we can identify and address potential security threats more effectively, ensuring a safer experience for all users.
In the event of a data breach, we have incident response plans in place to promptly address and mitigate the impact. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations.
For additional information about our data security practices or if you have any concerns regarding the security of your data, please contact our support team. We are committed to safeguarding your information and continuously enhancing our security measures to protect your privacy.
We also retain trading data, broker API data, financial records, and technical signals (including device-level identifiers) for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal, tax, anti-money laundering, and compliance obligations, which may require retention for up to 10 years or longer depending on applicable financial recordkeeping laws. We apply the same security measures to these data types as to all other personal data described in this policy.
Children and Sensitive Information: Our services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently gathered personal data from a user under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe that their child may have provided us with personal information should contact us so we can ensure that the data is removed.
